WELCOME TO BOON'S POTTERY
Experience pottery as more than a craft—it is a journey through culture, history, and artistic excellence. Learn from a distinguished Master Potter.
Your Journey starts here.
OUR STORY
Boon’s Pottery was founded by Master Potter Chuan Siang Boon in 1998 as he left his job and embarked on the journey to follow his passion. Over the years, Boon's Pottery has grown from a one-man team to a group of passionate ceramic artists featuring both local masterpieces as well as masterpieces from foreign visiting potters. Many of Boon's masterpieces have been sold worldwide and some were presented as State Gifts for foreign officials internationally, and honoured with awards in China. Every year Boon’s Pottery team of artists are invited for international exhibition in China.
Rooted in traditional craftsmanship and artistic excellence, each session offers personalised guidance to help participants develop technical skills, creativity, and a deeper appreciation of the ceramic arts.
OUR MISSION
Boon’s Pottery is a Singaporean art gallery and studio featuring local ceramic artists as well as collections from visiting ceramic artists around the world. Since 1998, we have always stood as a platform for Singaporean ceramic artists to showcase the works and techniques unique to our local flavour. At Boons Pottery & Art Gallery, we believe pottery is more than a craft—it is a lifelong artistic journey. Rather than a conventional classroom experience, participants learn through close mentorship with a distinguished Master Potter whose internationally recognised works reflect decades of dedication, tradition, and excellence. Every session is an opportunity to cultivate skill, creativity, and a meaningful connection with the art of ceramics
Today, we conduct classes to bring the general public closer to the appreciation of fine ceramic arts.
